1、主料:糯米粉500克,辅料:栗子(鲜)60克,核桃60克,糖桂花15克,料:白砂糖50克。
2、板栗冻糕的做法:
(1)将胡桃肉、板栗煮熟去皮,压烂成泥为糕粉;
(2)糯米粉加沸水调和均匀;
(3)将糕粉、糯米细粉与白糖拌匀;
(4)撒入桂花米,放入碗里,上笼蒸1~2小时至熟透,取出后放冰箱冷冻即可。
